Netflix pushed an update to its mobile application for Android yesterday that gives users the ability to store its content offline onto a microSD card. This follows the company’s recent announcement that they will now be allowing users to download content from the service for offline use.

It is important to keep in mind that offline content will eventually expire. The time limit for each series will vary, but will eventually disappear from storage. Netflix also states that this feature will not support all Android devices with microSD (but should work on the most recent ones).
The update’s version number is 4.13.0 build 14540. Still waiting on a statement from Apple of when they will support the same feature…(jokes)
